1. The service

Auntie Karen turns conversations you upload into reports written by artificial intelligence. This is an 18+ service. By uploading a chat you confirm that you are at least 18, that everyone in it is an adult, and that you are allowed to share it.

You remain responsible for the content you upload and must be allowed to use it. You give us only the temporary technical rights needed to provide the service.

2. It is written by a machine, for entertainment

Auntie Karen is a character. She is not a person, and she is not anybody’s aunt. A report is produced by a language model reading your messages. It is an opinion generated by software, not a finding of fact about anybody.

Reports are for entertainment. She can misread context, miss things, and occasionally state something confidently that is not true. Do not use a report as evidence, as professional or medical advice, as a reason to end something, or as a judgement about anybody’s character. If you do, that is your decision.

She is deliberately uncensored. What she leaves alone is anything the chat itself treats as private rather than as a joke: somebody’s health, their recovery, or their sexuality where the chat shows it is not already public.

3. Paying, and getting it

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or hold your card details. A report usually takes a few minutes. On a very long chat it can take longer. You do not have to keep the page open, and the link works whenever you come back to it.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. The preview is free and it is written about your own chat, so you can read her on your own messages before paying anything. Deciding afterwards that you did not enjoy it is not a refund.

What is not covered by that, because it is not ours to take away:

• If the report is never produced, you get your money back.
• If it comes out empty, broken, or about the wrong chat, you get your money back.
• Anything the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or any other Singapore law gives you. Where those rights and this page disagree, the law wins.

Write to auntie@auntiekaren.ai and say what happened. A refund takes the report back: it stops being readable and the share link stops working.

5. Your chats and your reports

A chat is held by a cookie in your browser unless you sign in. Clear the cookie and you lose access, unless you signed in with your email, in which case signing in with that email opens it on any device. If you share a link to your report, anyone holding it can open it, so do not forward it.

Your uploaded chat is deleted as soon as your report is finished, or within 24 hours if the report cannot be written. A chat you upload and never pay for is deleted within 24 hours. After that, reading it again means uploading it again. Your report stays until you delete it. If you never sign in, it is deleted after 90 days. The details are in the privacy notice.

6. Fair use, and what we can refuse

You must not use the service to harm someone, violate their rights, bypass our protections or disrupt the service. We may block fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use.

We can decline or stop reading a chat, and refund it, if it appears to involve a child, an ongoing crime, or somebody being harmed, or if it was clearly not yours to upload. We can refuse anybody using this to harass a specific person.

You are responsible for the chats you upload and for who you send a report to. If you are in a report somebody else made, take it up with them: they can delete it at any time. We will not send you somebody else’s report on request.

The service is provided as it is. Where the law lets us limit liability, ours is limited to what you paid for the report in question. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because it cannot.

7. Governing law

Singapore law governs these terms and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not affected by that.

Write to auntie@auntiekaren.ai before anything else. Most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
